RESERVE A READING ROOM

The reading room is the periodical section of the CAMP library. It houses collections of current periodical subscriptions as well as the retrospective issues of newspapers, magazines and journals that are donated or subscribed by the University Library. Bound periodicals are alphabetically arranged by title of the journal and students are free to browse them.


The reading room is also intended as a group study and/or discussion area. Here, conversational noise is accepted. The group study or discussion area is located at Room 204 (2nd Floor of the CAMP building).

Rules:

 

  • It is available for small work group of CAMP students, (maximum of 8 persons).

  • The group may use the area for a maximum of 2 hours.

  • Booking should be made in person at the Circulation Counter.

  • Reservations can be made on the same day or at most 1 day in advance.

  • Groups that are 15 minutes late without prior notice or left the room vacant for 15 minutes may lose the right to use the room.

  • It must not be used for activities such as role playing that are likely to disturb regular library functions.

  • Bring only items/materials needed for study or discussion. Bags should be placed in student lockers.

  • Please observe library regulations at all times.
